Every Rasada experience is guided by three values that shape how we cook, serve, and gather.

The joy of sharing, the mindfulness behind every ingredient, and the connection that food creates.

Shared Flavours

Rasada bridges Indonesian heritage with Australian community, bringing people together through food, stories, and heart.

Across Indonesia, the act of sharing a meal has many names — megibung, makan bersama, bancakan, bajamba — but the meaning is the same: food connects us.

Mindful Craft

Each dish and class is guided by intention — from selecting local produce to balancing flavour and nutrition.

We invite you to slow down, learn, and taste with awareness, just as food was meant to be experienced.

Connection & Culture

Indonesia’s culinary landscape is one of the richest in the world — with over 5,000 traditional dishes shaped by the land, people, and traditions of each region.

Rasada celebrates this diversity while connecting it with Australia’s vibrant food culture — sharing stories that honour the land, the craft, and the people who bring food to life.

Our experiences are built on one intention: to connect people through food and culture.

You can join us at the table, in the kitchen, or across islands — each experience offering a different way to slow down and connect.
